Play Therapy for Children

Helping Children Express Big Feelings Through Play

Children don't always have the words to explain what they're experiencing. Sometimes their emotions show up through behaviors, worries, frustration, withdrawal, or difficulty navigating everyday situations.

Through developmentally appropriate play therapy, we help children explore their experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop confidence and connection.

Nicole Giron, LMHC, is a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist® and Supervisor, bringing specialized training in child development, attachment, nervous system regulation, and therapeutic play.

We welcome children of all ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, and collaborate with caregivers to support their growth.

EMDR & Trauma Therapy

Healing From the Past. Finding Peace in the Present.

Distressing experiences can continue to affect how we think, feel, and respond to the world long after they've occurred.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD that helps individuals process traumatic memories and reduce their ongoing emotional impact.

We offer developmentally appropriate EMDR therapy for children, teens, and adults.

Nicole has completed EMDR Levels I and II training and integrates trauma-informed care that prioritizes emotional safety, collaboration, preparation, and each client's individual pace.

EMDR may be offered in person or through telehealth when clinically appropriate.
